The Pavlakis Beach Apartments

Pavlakis Beach Apartments are conveniently located 7km west of Chania. This small oasis of nine apartments is positioned on the sandy shores of the Sea of Crete, on the golden sands of the area known as Kato Stalos. at Pavlakis Beach Apartments you may choose to swim in the pool overlooking the sea, shelter yourself under the feathery Tamarisk trees, enjoy relaxing on a sun bed or sit in the garden. As your eyes look west to embrace the view, you will see the Isle of Agii Thedori, known in ancient times as Akytos. It is now a protected sanctuary for the Kri Kri (Cretan Goats).
Pavlakis Beach Apartments provides the ideal holiday location for people looking for pure relaxation by the pool or beach and is the perfect base for guests who want more activity. There is shopping and tavernas within comfortable walking distances. Buses are frequent and inexpensive and very simple to use, rental cars are reasonable and taxis are inexpensive. The apartments belong to Antonio's Pavlakis, one of Crete's favorite sons, who is famous for his kindness and hospitality. Antonios becomes your good friend as you share a bottle of wine, a refreshing Cretan beer or indulge in the local drink of Raki. Savor the delicious cakes and pastries that laden the long marble tables in the main reception area, all offered to you as part of Antonios's hospitality - free!

The reception area is where all the guests stop and chat, some move on to their next destination (after getting directions or information from Antonio's) others will stay for lively conversation. Adjacent to the reception area is a wonderful mini bar sheltered by 2 gigantic market umbrellas, excellent coffee is always brewing. Antonio's kindness continues as he invites you to help yourself to the bountiful trolley of fresh picked oranges, tomatoes, melons, lemons and limes. There is nothing more fabulous than juicing yourself a large glass of orange juice in the morning!

Studios sleep 2-4
More than just a studio, each unit has a small well-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots and all the utensils you'll need. The washroom has a tiled shower. The open living area has 3 single beds, wardrobe, dining table and chairs, vanity and sofa (that can convert to another bed). Patio doors lead out to a covered balcony complete with patio furniture and sea view!

Studio Apartments sleep 2-6
Slightly more spacious than the studios. The open living area has 3 single beds, wardrobe, dining table and chairs, vanity and sofa that converts into a bed, it can also convert into a childs playpen if needed. In this open area is a dining table and chairs that con comfortably seat 6, a wardrobe and vanity. In the room adjacent to the kitchen you will find bunk beds with closets and storage areas. The kitchen and bathroom are the same as in the studios. There is a large balcony with furniture and that sea view.

Ground Floor Villa sleeps 4-7
This villa has a superb patio area that looks through the Tamarisk trees to the pool and the gleaming sea beyond. Two bedrooms with a spacious open living area. Each bedroom has 2 single beds, closets, TV and individual A/C units. One bedroom has an adjoining full bathroom with shower and tub and a washing machine. The second bedroom has an en suite with shower. The living area has a dining table and chairs that are situated in front of the large picture windows that also offer you fabulous sea views. There is also a seating area with 3 sofas' and TV.

All apartments are spotlessly cleaned daily (except Sundays) by Maria, a truly delightful woman who goes out of her way to ensure you have a comfortable stay - need anything, just ask her!
