There are washing machines and ironing boards on each level for the use of our guests staying in the Studio Apartments. A private washing machine is installed in the Villa Apartments for the exclusive use of guests staying in this accommodation. You will find irons in the reception area.
Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, radio cassette player, safe, AC/heating units and hair blower.

Antonios's philosophy is that in a warm and sunny climate you don't need a large amount of living space - living and experiencing is done out of doors. With this philosophy you do need a wonderful terrace/balcony with a good sea view, which every apartment offers you! Your accommodation is clean and well equipped with a choice of first or second levels.

Any time you are passing the reception or the little mini-bar outside, you're always welcome to have a fresh cup of coffee, soft drink or perhaps an ouzo with a delicious local cake. It's all entirely gratis, whatever the time of day or night and as Antonios is fond of saying, you must treat his house as your home.

Whatever your particular needs, local shops and tavernas are within comfortable walking distance of the apartments.

Finally, if you happen to be eating at one of the numerous local tavernas or even in Chania, don't be surprised if a bottle of wine magically appears on your table as more likely than not, Antonios has spotted you and had a quiet word with the waiter.
